A lot of startups have attempted to disrupt the t-shirt market. A lot have failed. But San Francisco-based Touch of Modern—the members-only discovery platform for cool men's products—thinks it can do better.

ToM has been researching and developing its own line of men's t-shirts, and the result is a $23 Peruvian pima cotton "perfect V-neck T-shirt." The ToM masterminds say the "fine hand" of the fabric combined with the "bomb-proof strength of the interlock weave" makes this a true cotton luxury t-shirt. The brand proclaims in a statement, "With the softness of pima and the strength of the interlock, it’s not just something we’d wear - we’d travel the ends of the earth to find it."
