There's a lot of scary shit happening in the world. Occasionally, you need to step back from the news and take care of yourself. And, with that in mind, let's take a moment to talk about cat yoga.

KitTea, San Francisco's first cat cafe, is adding a little feline flair to your cat-cow stretch with its Wednesday night after-hours yoga series, Cats on Mats. From 7:30–8:30 pm each week, you can join other cat enthusiasts for tea, cat time, and 60 minutes of all-levels Hatha yoga with a certified instructor. (No need to bring your own mat or props; KitTea has everything you need.) Space is limited, and you'll need to book your spot in advance.

At the moment, KitTea has signups available through May 31, but the cafe says they'll be adding more dates soon.

Do cats and downward dogs really mix? There's only one way to find out.
