Fendi Sets Up a Swanky New Shop on Grant Avenue
Looking for a monster backpack or fur charm? Or perhaps a $300 baseball cap embroidered with Karl Lagerfeld's likeness? Then your first stop should be the new Fendi boutique at 195 Grant Avenue in Union Square.
The space feels like an appropriate home for a major Italian label because it's (half) of the former Prada store, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Inside, you can shop men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, handbags, accessories, shoes, fur and Fendi's capital-C Collections. (If you're just on the hunt for a baguette or sunnies with Fendi's interlocking F design, stick to the first floor.)
Since we're in the middle of a 90s/early aughts revival, I suspect Fendi will do very well in this space. Now who wants to bet on whether Uncle Karl or the Sisters Hadid makes an appearance at the grand opening party?
