Fog Art + Design Returns to Fort Mason This Week

Fort Mason Festival Pavilion hosts craft fairs and Christmas tree lots and art installations, but—for art lovers—those events can’t begin to compare to this week’s Fog Art+Design. The combination of modern art and avant-garde furnishings at Fog could convince even the most adamant minimalist that statement pieces are the way to go.

The 2019 fair will bring together 53 leading international design and visual art galleries, including 12 galleries that will be participating for the first time this year. The galleries will be visiting from locations around the world, including Berlin, Stockholm, London, Mexico City, Paris, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. In addition to the items on display, Fog includes a series of conversations and panel discussions with leading figures in the art and design world throughout the fair. Panels are included with the price of admission. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

The fair runs Thursday, January 17 through Saturday, January 19, from 11 am- 7 pm, and Sunday, January 20 from 11-5 pm at the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion.
