Just when you thought that this would be the year financial resolutions would finally stick, here’s news that’s sure to strike fear in the heart of your savings account: The RealReal is opening a flagship store in San Francisco.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the designer consignment giant is currently building out the former Hermes space in Union Square (253 Post Street) with a targeted opening date of Spring 2020. The store will stock women’s and men’s apparel, shoes, and accessories, and house a coffee shop called CafeCafe.

TRR previously set up a pop-up shop in Union Square, and—as you might recall—shoppers nearly lost their damn minds trying to scoop up all the deals. (Perhaps will there will be less urgency in a permanent location?) This will be the fourth brick and mortar for the company: it also has two stores in New York, and a sublimely gorgeous location on Melrose in West Hollywood.

It’s cool, TRR. We didn’t need to retire. At least we’ll be well-dressed as we work for the rest of our lives.
