You know what really sucks? Cancer! You know what doesn't suck? A yoga class to fight cancer!

Danni Pomplun—rockstar yoga instructor and cancer survivor—is leading an all-levels Vinyasa yoga practice on Sunday, March 12 from 1:30–3:30 pm at Yoga Tree in the Castro (97 Collingwood) to raise money for Team in Training. For the uninitiated, Team in Training is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's flagship fundraising program. Volunteers train to complete a marathon, half marathon, cycle event, triathlon or hike adventure, while raising money to support the fight against blood cancers.

There are three ticket pricing options, depending on how much swag you want. Basic entry is $15, entry plus a swag bag (filled with vouchers for free sessions at places like Bay Club, Crunch, and OMpower) is $30, and entry with swag and a raffle ticket for even more free classes is $50. You can purchase tickets at the door, or in advance though Eventbrite.

You were already planning to go to yoga on Sunday, right? So why not practice in a sun-filled space with a rad instructor and help save a life?
